Hiring systems were designed to find talent efficiently. But efficiency comes at a cost: candidates who don't match expected patterns get filtered out, even when they'd excel in the role.
Equitalent rethinks selection processes to recognize talent that doesn't fit the mold. It focuses hard on inclusion, neurodivergent people and people with disabilities.
